125.1607b Board of directors serving as planning commission; agenda. Sec. 7b. If the board of directors of a corporation created under this act serves as the planning commission under section 2 of Act No. 285 of the Public Acts of 1931, being section 125.32 of the Michigan Compiled Laws, the board of directors shall include planning commission business in its agenda.
