125.81 Designation of administrative agency. Sec. 11. The local legislative body may designate an administrative agency to be responsible for the administration of this act or by ordinance may create a commission for that purpose consisting of not more than 7 members, the majority of whom shall be residents of the municipality, and by suitable action shall establish regulations for the guidance of the agency or commission in the effectuation of the purposes of this act.
