§ 125.1455

125.1455 Low and moderate income housing; rights of persons or families benefited. Sec. 55. The authority shall provide that low income families or persons benefiting under this chapter shall have the same rights, privileges and duties as other residents, except that no member of a cooperative, upon the resale of his membership in the cooperative, shall be reimbursed for any equity increment accumulated as a result of payments under this chapter. The authority shall endeavor to guarantee that knowledge of the special circumstances of such low income families is not divulged to other residents. History: 1966, Act 346, Eff. Mar. 10, 1967
