125.4323 Development or tax increment financing plan; notice of findings and recommendations.Sec. 323. Within 20 days after the public hearing on a development or tax increment financing plan, the council, if established, shall notify the governing body, in writing, of its findings and recommendations concerning a proposed development plan.
