125.2314 Affidavit. Sec. 14. Upon completion of the construction of the mobile home park or seasonal mobile home park, the owner or operator of the park and a registered professional engineer or architect shall file with the department an affidavit certifying that the mobile home park or seasonal mobile home park, lot, and work were completed in accordance with the approved specifications and plans.
