§ 14.261

14.261 Enforcement to ensure compliance with act; proper accounting; jurisdiction of courts. Sec. 11. The attorney general may institute appropriate proceedings to secure compliance with this act and to secure the proper accounting for the assets and administration of any charitable trust. The powers and duties of the attorney general provided in this act are in addition to his existing powers and duties.
