§ 14.263

14.263 Custodians of public records; copies of instruments. Sec. 13. The custodian of the records of a court having jurisdiction of probate matters or of charitable trusts, and any custodian of records of any department, agency or political subdivision of this state shall furnish free of charge such copies of papers, records and files of his office relating to the subject of this act as the attorney general requires.
