14.264 Applications for exemption from taxation; filing of list with attorney general. Sec. 14. Every officer, agency, board or commission of this state or political subdivision of this state or agencies thereof receiving applications for exemption from taxation of any charitable trust shall annually file with the attorney general a list of all applications received during the year.
