14.265 Purpose and construction of act. Sec. 15. This act, in all of its provisions, in the interests of society and in conformity with public policy is intended to protect the rights and interest of the people of the state and the uncertain and indefinite beneficiaries of all charitable trusts, and shall be so construed as to effectuate its general purposes.
