14.326 Attorney general or local prosecutors; powers or duties not limited or restricted by act. Sec. 26. This act does not limit or restrict the exercise of powers or the performance of the duties of the attorney general or local prosecutors which they are otherwise authorized to exercise or perform under any other provisions of law, including seeking injunctive relief to stop prohibited activity.
