141.1302 Redistribution of federal payments; purposes; ratio; apportionment of money among local school districts and townships. Sec. 2. A county that receives a payment under section 33 of title III of the Bankhead-Jones farm tenant act, 7 U.S.C. 1012, shall redistribute that payment in a ratio of 75% to local school districts for school purposes and 25% to townships for the improvement of county roads within those townships. The treasurer of the county shall apportion among the local school districts and townships, in an equitable manner consistent with criteria determined by resolution of the county board of commissioners, money redistributed under this section.
