141.880 Existing assessment district and marketing program. Sec. 10. An assessment district and marketing program under this act which is in effect before the effective date of this section shall remain in effect for 365 days after the effective date of this section or until a new marketing program and assessment district, which includes any portion of an existing assessment district and which is established under this act, becomes effective, whichever is sooner.
