141.19 Commissioner's rules. Sec. 9. Said board of sinking fund commissioners is authorized to adopt rules not in conflict herewith for the government of its actions, and shall be authorized for the purpose of enforcing the collection of any bonds or securities taken by it to bring suit in the name of the county board of sinking fund commissioners.
