141.415 Local unit of government; public hearing on budget, charter, statute. Sec. 5. Local units which provide for a public hearing before adoption of their budgets either in pursuance of charter provision or law shall hold a public hearing in accordance with such provision of charter or law which shall be deemed to be in a manner prescribed by law.
