15.708 Future employment agreement or arrangement; report to department.Sec. 8. A public officer who is not reelected or seeking reelection to public office must report to the department within 10 days after entering into any agreement or arrangement described in section 7(1)(k) the date, identity of the parties to, and the general terms of any agreement or arrangement with respect to future employment that the public officer is to begin within 1 year after the end of the public officer's term of office.
