15.308 Conflicts of interest; state officers, violations. Sec. 8. Any state officer willfully violating the provisions of this act shall be subject to appropriate disciplinary action by the governor if he is an administrative officer of the state or if he be a judicial officer of the state, then by the governor on a concurrent resolution adopted by 2/3 of the members elected to and serving in each house of the legislature.
