15.481 Short title; definitions.Sec. 1. (1) This act shall be known and may be cited as the 'regulatory boards and commissions ethics act'. (2) As used in this act: (a) 'Board' means a board, commission, committee, or subcommittee in the department that has authority in regulatory actions concerning private individuals or entities. (b) 'Department' means the department of licensing and regulatory affairs. (c) 'Immediate family member' means a grandparent, parent, parent-in-law, stepparent, sibling, spouse, child, or stepchild.
