16.340 Effective date of sections 16.338 and 16.339; transfer of records, property, and personnel. Sec. 240. The powers, duties and functions transferred to the department of commerce in sections 238 and 239 of this act shall be transferred effective July 1, 1968. All records, property, personnel and appropriations used, held, employed, available or to be made available in connection with such powers, duties and functions shall be transferred to the department of commerce.
