16.356 Mackinac island state park commission; transfer. Sec. 256. The Mackinac island state park commission created under section 2 of Act No. 355 of the Public Acts of 1927, as amended, being section 318.62 of the Compiled Laws of 1948, is transferred by a type I transfer to the department of natural resources.
