16.428 Michigan corporation and securities commission; transfer of powers, duties, and functions relating to real estate brokers and salesmen. Sec. 328. The powers, duties and functions of the Michigan corporation and securities commission under the provisions of Act No. 306 of the Public Acts of 1919, as amended, being sections 451.201 to 451.219 of the Compiled Laws of 1948, relating to real estate brokers and salesmen, are transferred by a type II transfer to the department of licensing and regulation.
