16.429 Superintendent of public instruction; transfer of powers, duties, and functions relating to certification of psychologist. Sec. 329. All powers, duties and functions of the superintendent of public instruction under the provisions of Act No. 257 of the Public Acts of 1959, as amended, being sections 338.1001 to 338.1019 of the Compiled Laws of 1948, relating to certification of psychologists, are transferred by a type II transfer to the department of licensing and regulation.
