16.456 State bridge commission; transfer and abolition. Sec. 356. The state bridge commission created under Act No. 147 of the Public Acts of 1935, as amended, being sections 254.151 to 254.167 of the Michigan Compiled Laws, is transferred by a type III transfer to the department of transportation, and the state bridge commission is abolished.
