16.530 Advisory hospital council; advisory council on tuberculosis sanitariums; advisory committee on use of animals; anatomy committee; transfer and abolition. Sec. 430. The advisory hospital council, the advisory council on tuberculosis sanitariums, the advisory committee on the use of animals, and the anatomy committee are transferred by a type III transfer to the department of public health, and the advisory councils named in this section are abolished.
