16.131 Highway reciprocity board; transfer. Sec. 31. The highway reciprocity board created under Act No. 124 of the Public Acts of 1960, being sections 3.161 to 3.177 of the Compiled Laws of 1948, is transferred by a type II transfer to the department of state.
