16.154 Public solicitation for charitable purposes; transfer of powers, duties, and functions to department of attorney general. Sec. 54. All powers, duties and functions of the state social welfare commission and the state department of social welfare under the provisions of Act No. 68 of the Public Acts of 1915, as amended, being sections 400.301 to 400.304 of the Compiled Laws of 1948, relating to solicitation of the public for charitable purposes, are transferred by a type II transfer to the department of attorney general.
