168.18 Definitions. Sec. 18. As used in this act: (a) 'Help America vote act of 2002' means the help America vote act of 2002, 42 USC 15301 to 15545. (b) 'National voter registration act of 1993' means the national voter registration act of 1993, 42 USC 1973gg to 1973gg-10. (c) 'Uniformed and overseas citizens absentee voting act' means the uniformed and overseas citizens absentee voting act, 42 USC 1973ff to 1973ff-6. (d) 'Voting accessibility for the elderly and handicapped act' means the voting accessibility for the elderly and handicapped act, 42 USC 1973ee to 1973ee-6.
