168.7 Primary or primary election; definition. Sec. 7. The term 'primary' or 'primary election', as used in this act, shall mean a primary election held for the purpose of deciding by ballot who shall be the nominees for the offices named in this act, or for the election by ballot of delegates to political conventions.
