168.24b Board of county canvassers; members, eligibility, oath of office, holding other office prohibited. Sec. 24b. Members of the board shall be qualified electors of the county and shall take and subscribe to the constitutional oath of office. No person holding an elective public office shall be eligible for membership on the board of county canvassers.
