168.113 Contested election; commissioners, appointment, packaging of ballots. Sec. 113. Upon issuing a permanent restraining order as herein provided, the supreme court shall name 3 commissioners, who shall proceed to the offices of the several county clerks as soon as may be, open said ballot boxes, remove the ballots therefrom and place them in packages securely wrapped and sealed and so marked as to show in what voting districts such ballots were cast.
