168.153 Contested election; violation of restraining order, penalty. Sec. 153. Any officer or any other person who shall violate the terms of any such restraining order shall be in contempt of court and shall, in addition to such penalty as may be imposed thereby, be liable to a fine of not less than $50.00 nor more than $500.00, in the discretion of the court.
