§ 168.197

168.197 Candidates for county offices; nomination, certification. Sec. 197. The candidates of each political party for the offices named in section 191 of this act receiving the greatest number of votes cast for said offices, as set forth in the reports of the board of county canvassers, based on the returns from the various election precincts, or as determined by said board as the result of a recount, shall be declared the nominees of that political party for said offices at the next ensuing November election.
