168.295 State board of education and boards of state universities; election, recount of votes. Sec. 295. The votes cast for any candidate for membership on the state board of education, the board of regents of the University of Michigan, the board of trustees of Michigan State University and the board of governors of Wayne State University at any election shall be subject to recount as provided in chapter 33 of this act.
