168.296 State board of education and boards of state universities; recall. Sec. 296. Any person elected to membership on the state board of education, the board of regents of the University of Michigan, the board of trustees of Michigan State University, or the board of governors of Wayne State University shall be subject to recall as provided in chapter 36 of this act.
