168.353 Primaries; absent voters, provisions applicable. Sec. 353. The provisions of this act relative to absent voters shall apply to primaries held under the provisions of this chapter: Provided, That the duties of the county clerk relative to the furnishing and distribution of ballots shall be performed by the township clerk.
