§ 168.364

168.364 Township treasurer; bond, approval, filing. Sec. 364. Each township treasurer, within the time limited for filing his oath of office and before he shall enter upon the duties of his office, shall give a bond to the township in such sum and with such sureties as the supervisor shall require and approve and the supervisor shall endorse his approval thereon. It shall be the duty of such treasurer to file within the time above mentioned said bond with the township clerk of such township, who shall record the same in a book to be provided for that purpose.
