168.385a Metropolitan district officer; eligibility; term.Sec. 385a. (1) An individual is eligible for election as an officer to the legislative body of a metropolitan district if the individual is a citizen of the United States and is a qualified and registered elector of the metropolitan district the individual seeks to represent by the filing deadline.
