168.438 Probate judges; certificate of election. Sec. 438. The county clerk shall file in his office and preserve the original statement and determination of the board of county canvassers of the results of the election and shall forthwith execute and cause to be delivered to the person or persons thereby declared to be elected to the office of probate judge a certificate of election, certified by him and under the seal of the county.
