168.500e Preparation of registration forms; notice of cancellation. Sec. 500e. The city or township clerk shall prepare the registration forms needed for the city or township from information contained on properly completed and validated applications for persons meeting the requirements of this act. The clerk of a city or township shall forward a notice of cancellation to the clerk of the place of the applicant's previous residence as indicated on the application.
