168.564 Official ballots; failure of party to file required petitions, party ballot not printed. Sec. 564. If in the case of any political party it shall appear that no person has filed the necessary number of nominating petitions, as required by this act, for nomination as a candidate of said party for any office, then no ballot for the use of said political party at the primary shall be printed.
