18.365 Information, emergency award, or final awards inadmissible in criminal proceeding.Sec. 15. For purposes of this act, information relating to the filing of a claim by a claimant before the commission or proceedings before the commission, an emergency award made by the commission pursuant to section 9, or final awards made by the commission pursuant to section 11 are inadmissible in a criminal proceeding.
