18.1112 Definitions; A, B. Sec. 112. (1) 'Appropriation' means the legislative authorization for expenditure or obligation of money from a state operating fund. (2) 'Appropriations committees' means the appropriations committee of the senate and the appropriations committee of the house of representatives. (3) 'Board' means the state administrative board.
