18.1240 Cost plus construction contract; conditions. Sec. 240. A cost plus construction contract shall not be entered into unless all of the following occur: (a) The contract cost is less than $50,000.00. (b) The contract is for emergency repair or construction caused by unforeseen circumstances. (c) The repair or construction is necessary to protect life or property.
