18.1347 Hearings; attendance. Sec. 347. Before presenting final budget proposals to the governor, the state budget director may hold departmental hearings at which officials of the department may be heard on the proposals. The chief executive officer of a department, or member of a board or commission, or their representatives shall attend the hearings if requested by the state budget director.
