18.1350e Report. Sec. 350e. The department shall annually prepare a report which summarizes in detail the state's compliance with the revenue limit established in section 350b. The report shall be submitted to the auditor general for review and comment not later than May 31 of each year, and shall be published by submission to the legislature not later than June 30 of each year.
