18.1385 Procurement, development, and maintenance of information technology services for department of health and human services; require.Sec. 385. By October 1, 2022, the department shall assume responsibility for the procurement, development, and maintenance of all information technology services of the department of health and human services. The department of health and human services shall start phasing and transferring the procurement, development, and maintenance of all new information technology services to the department.
