18.1430 Capped federal funds, special revenue funds, and healthy Michigan fund; report on amounts and sources. Sec. 430. Within 10 working days after formal presentation of the executive budget, the state budget director shall report to the members of the senate and house appropriations committees and the senate and house fiscal agencies on the amounts and sources of all capped federal funds, special revenue funds as defined in the state of Michigan's comprehensive annual financial report, and the healthy Michigan fund created under section 5953 of the public health code, 1978 PA 368, MCL 333.5953, and an accounting of the state departments or agencies in which the executive budget proposes to spend the funds.
