2.25 State coat-of-arms; where hung. Sec. 5. The device of the arms of the state corresponding to the blazon hereinbefore given shall be painted on some suitable background and hung upon the walls of the executive chamber, the office of the secretary of state, the supreme court room, the senate chamber and hall of the house of representatives.
