205.234 Notification as personal representative; waiver of notice. Sec. 34. The personal representative, within 2 months after the decedent's death, or within 2 months after qualifying as the personal representative, whichever is later, shall give written notice that he or she is the personal representative to the department on a form prescribed by the department.
