206.910 Rules.Sec. 10. The Michigan state housing development authority and the department, in consultation with one another, may promulgate rules as needed to implement their respective responsibilities under this act under the administrative procedures act of 1969, 1969 PA 306, MCL 24.201 to 24.328.
