207.1144 Exchange of information. Sec. 144. In order to administer this act and prevent and detect motor fuel tax evasion, the department may, consistent with this act and 1941 PA 122, MCL 205.1 to 205.31, enter into a cooperative agreement with other states, Canadian provinces, the federal government, or other countries for the exchange of information in hard copy or electronic format.
